Please note that this camera does not include audio recording capabilities or an outlet plug. When used with a ZOSI DVR (DVR sold separately), this camera can capture images triggered by motion detection and send them directly to your mobile device via the ZOSI Smart App.

Common Issue: Video Loss on DVR Display

If you encounter a "Video Loss" error where the camera's image should appear on your DVR screen, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure that both the power and video extension cables are firmly connected to the camera.
2. Verify that the camera's video output is correctly connected to the appropriate video input channel on the DVR.
3. Check the power connection from the camera to your power supply to make sure it is secure.
4. If there is still no picture, ensure that the camera mode aligns with your DVR’s settings. You can adjust the camera settings in two ways:
5. Press the OSD joystick down for 5 seconds. If no picture appears, try pressing "Left," "Right," or "Up" for another 5 seconds to find a compatible signal.
6. Use the OSD joystick to modify the camera mode to match your DVR’s video format.
